Terms and Conditions – PakRummy2 Pakistan Betting Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and PakRummy2 ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), which operates the website pakrummy2.biz and all associated services. By accessing the platform, creating an account, depositing funds or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the pakrummy2 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.

Access to pakrummy2 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is not prohibited under local law.
• You are accessing the platform of your own free will and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, company or entity.
• You do not have any existing account on pakrummy2 that has been suspended, closed or restricted by us.

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on pakrummy2. Operating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or any other identity, is prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful and accurate information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, mobile number and any other details requested. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. PakRummy2 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• Notification of changes: If any of your registered details change, including your mobile number or payment method, you must update your account promptly. Contact support if you are unable to update details yourself.
• Account verification: PakRummy2 may require you to verify your identity before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds or if we have reason to suspect fraudulent activity. Verification typically requires a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent government-issued document.

All financial transactions on pakrummy2 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

Deposits: The minimum deposit is Rs 200. Accepted payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Deposits are credited to your pakrummy2 balance within seconds for mobile wallet methods and within a few minutes for bank transfers, subject to payment processor availability.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash) are typically processed within 10 to 15 minutes. IBFT bank transfers may take up to a few hours during standard banking hours. Withdrawals requested outside banking hours may be queued for the next business window.

Verification holds: Withdrawals above Rs 50,000 may be subject to identity verification before release. PakRummy2 reserves the right to request documentation and to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending verification completion. This process exists to protect all players from fraudulent activity on the platform.

Reversed and declined transactions: PakRummy2 is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors, mobile banking outages or banking system maintenance windows. If a deposit fails to credit your account, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

The following rules apply to all betting activity on pakrummy2, including sports betting, esports, virtual sports and crash games:

• Minimum stake: The minimum stake per bet is Rs 50. Maximum stake limits vary by sport, market and event and are displayed at the point of placing each bet.
• Bet confirmation: A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation message from the pakrummy2 platform. Bets that fail to receive confirmation due to connectivity issues should be verified in your bet history before re-placing.
• Void bets: PakRummy2 reserves the right to void bets where a manifest error has occurred in the odds display, where an event is cancelled or abandoned before the applicable result criterion is met, or where we have reasonable evidence of fraud or collusion.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) bets are placed at the odds displayed at the moment of acceptance. Odds during live events update continuously. A brief delay between submission and acceptance is normal and the price accepted is the one confirmed at the time of system acceptance, not the time of player submission.
• Accumulators: All selections in an accumulator must win for the bet to pay out. If one leg is void, the accumulator reverts to a bet on the remaining selections at updated odds.
• Payout disputes: If you believe a payout has been calculated incorrectly, contact our support team within 24 hours of settlement. PakRummy2 will review the bet history and correct any genuine errors promptly.

PakRummy2 periodically offers bonuses, free bets, deposit matches and other promotional rewards to registered players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device. Attempts to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• PakRummy2 reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-way, players who have partially completed wagering requirements will receive a pro-rated adjustment at our discretion.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the stated validity period. Expired bonus balances are forfeited automatically.
• PakRummy2 reserves the right to withhold bonuses from accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-margin hedging strategies designed to extract bonus funds without genuine betting exposure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pakrummy2 and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts or any software designed to manipulate game outcomes or betting processes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the pakrummy2 platform. Any suspected vulnerabilities must be reported to us immediately rather than exploited.
• Participating in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of sports corruption that could influence the outcome of events available to bet on.
• Engaging in money laundering or any attempt to use the platform to conceal the origin of funds.
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where such activity is prohibited by local law.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing PakRummy2 support staff or other users of the platform.

PakRummy2 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take that seriously. The following tools and policies are in place to support responsible gaming on our platform:

• Deposit limits: Players can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through the account dashboard. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately – an increase request requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Session limits: Players can configure session time reminders that alert them after a set duration of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling can apply for a self-exclusion period ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. Self-exclusions are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Third-party game content provided by software partners (such as Spribe, SmartSoft Gaming or Pragmatic Play) remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is used on pakrummy2 under licence. Any unauthorised use of third-party game content may constitute a separate breach of those providers' intellectual property rights.

PakRummy2 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is reliable and free from errors, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PakRummy2 shall not be liable for:

• Technical failures, service interruptions or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control, including those caused by third-party payment processors or telecommunications providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other matter where limitation of liability is not permitted by law.

PakRummy2 does not sell personal data to third parties. We share data only where required to process payments, verify identity or comply with a lawful request from a competent authority.

PakRummy2 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect. Minor changes, such as formatting corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, may be made without advance notice.

If you disagree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the pakrummy2 platform before the revised Terms take effect and contact our support team to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance. Continued use of the platform after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.
